The Corporation assumes no responsibility for physical and/or psychological damage that accompanies exposure to Thought Visualization™ (TV) demonstrations, and denies unfounded rumors that exposure to TV™ artifacts causes unintended psychic phenomena, including, but not limited to: delusional, manic, schizoid, or dissociative episodes, or the development of extra-sensory perception or sensory cross-talk.

Observation of audio, visual, or tactile TV™ demonstrations is voluntary, and participants indemnify and hold harmless the Corporation for any physical or psychological damage that accompanies the experience.
